Yesterday was nice and also kind strange at work. The nice part was that the campus was practically deserted.  I love the quiet.  Today will be even more quiet, and I’m going to wear blue jeans.  🙂

The strange part of the day was that I couldn’t access any of my work site applications, due to a problem with the university’s new two-factor identification log-in system, which went live yesterday.  So many people were experiencing problems that it also wasn’t possible to connect with anyone from IT support.  And then, half-way through the day, my e-mail stopped working.  So I was limping along with a double handicap, plus being sick.  Nevertheless, I did accomplish a few things.

Computer problems and illness aside, I’m hoping to accomplish a few more things at work today, and then it will be off for a lovely four-day weekend.  I’ve decided that the two-day work week is my ideal.
