The political events of late are unsettling to say the least. It seems as if the referendum was a huge mistake, with so many people now claiming that they regret their votes. Surely there has to be a way to stop the UK secession from the EU from moving forward?
On a lighter note, on Friday J was given two tickets for a Styx/Boston concert on Saturday, and we went to that. They were VIP tickets, and we learned this meant that we were able to park in a secure and very close parking, there was free food to be had (although it was crappy food that I didn’t eat), and we were able to sit in a special box that was close to the stage and had comfortable seats. So that was fun.
It’s a three day work week for me, as I’m going to see my mom for a week, starting on Thursday.
