5/26/16 ftf, wren

Well, with luck we’ve had the last bit of workplace drama from the problem employee.  She was busy yesterday, apparently considering whether or not to withdraw her claim under the Americans with Disabilities Act.  When she learned that she could withdraw her claim but would not be allowed to file another claim in the future, she elected not to withdraw and instead walked off the job in a burst of flames just 15 minutes before she was supposed to see a patient.  This led to a flurry of disbelief from other employees, but it’s not hard for me to believe, and I’m just relieved that she is gone!

Now that’s over, I should be able to get back to some Feats of Accomplishment!  My aim for today is to complete five tasks.

  1. Wow, talk about unprofessional! Like a kid throwing toys out of their pram – you are well shot of this one! Hope you were able to enjoy the drama now that you know she’s going 🙂

    • I agree, calypte! A lot of people were freaked out, but I wasn’t especially surprised or upset, and I’m very glad that she’s gone. She is a real piece of work!
