I made progress with my work to-do list yesterday and didn’t add too many additional tasks, had one meeting cancelled, and was able to cancel one of today’s meetings and reschedule a late afternoon meeting to mid-morning. These are happy things! My aim again today is to complete 5-7 more work tasks.
I’ve been working through the “Create Your Shining 2016” workbook, and am spending some time on an exercise about naming the new habits that I’d like to develop. I’m finding this a very helpful and interesting exercise. Most of the habits that I want are related to creativity, which gets much too little time and attention in my life right now. I’m looking forward to changing that.
